Garment Care

The great thing with our hemp gis is that they become softer over time. You can heavy wash them, hot wash them and tumble dry them. Hot wash occasionally to remove some deep-down stains or odours.

Natural White hemp gis will lighten over time - Sun, washing and use will turn them almost white.

Our recommended washing directions are;

• Cold wash or warm wash with clothes wash detergent and NO fabric softener
•  Line dry
• The more sun your gi gets during the day, the whiter and brighter it will become

Shrinkage

• Hot wash or tumble dry will shrink the wing span approximately 3-5cm
